  • Arrive 10 minutes early for your first session to check in and get familiar with the setup.

  • Towel use is required – place a towel on the bench and backrest before sitting.

  • Avoid strong scents like perfumes or lotions out of respect for other users.

  • Late arrivals may have their session shortened to accommodate other bookings.

  • 24-hour cancellation policy – no-shows may be charged for their missed session.
